1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between zs88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the zs88 platform located at zs88.win and all associated sub-pages and services.

1.2 By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any service offered by zs88, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where appropriate, return of deposited funds minus any bonuses received.

2.3 If zs88 discovers that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any winnings forfeited. Deposited funds held in the account at that time will be returned to the original payment method after verification of the payment source.

2.4 By registering on zs88, you declare and warrant that you are not prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law and that you are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Each individual may maintain only one active account on zs88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, zs88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any bonuses claimed.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. zs88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

3.4 You must notify zs88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team. zs88 may suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

3.5 Account login credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. All activity conducted through your account – including bets placed and deposits made – is your sole responsibility.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 All financial transactions on zs88 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at zs88's discretion.

5 Betting Rules & Gaming Conduct

In the event of conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

5.2 All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify bet details – including stake amount, odds, and selection – before confirming a wager. zs88 does not accept claims based on alleged user error after a bet has been confirmed.

5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or sports bet, zs88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the user's account. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, zs88 reserves the right to void such winnings.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on zs88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the zs88 platform – including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data – is the exclusive intellectual property of zs88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zs88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation from zs88.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

9.2 zs88's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 zs88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and technical issues may occasionally affect access. zs88 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
